Good news: WhatsApp is back for water and electricity fault reporting and service requests

The City of Cape Town wants to inform residents that WhatsApp is available again for water and electricity fault reporting and service requests. The public is encouraged to use all of the available channels.

The following channels are available for all inquiries and complaints:

Customers can also log a request via the City’s e-services portal at www.capetown.gov.za , or register a service fault on the City App if they are able to do so.
